Boozy Apple Cider

Ingredients
1 gal. apple cider 1 1/2 c. whiskey, preferably Fireball 1/2 c. Caramel 3 cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish 8 apples lemon juice, for brushing

Directions

1. In a Crock-Pot, combine apple cider, whiskey, cinnamon sticks, and caramel. Cook on low until warmed through, about 2 to 3 hours.

Mulled Wine

Ingredients
1 (750-ml.) bottle red wine 1orange, sliced into rounds, plus more for garnish 6 whole cloves 3cinnamon sticks, plus more for garnish 3star anise

Directions

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine all ingredients. Bring to a simmer not a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer gently over low heat for 10 minutes. Serve warm and garnish with more citrus slices and cinnamon sticks.

100ml whiskey
Sparkling Ruby Grapefruit from "Woolies"
Lemon wedges
Ice

Directions

Instructions
Fill the two glasses with ice and add the whiskey and then top with cold grapefruit soda. Add lemon wedges and serve immediately.

Sangria Lemonade

Ingredients
2L bottle lemonade
1 bottle Chardonnay or other white wine (750 ml)
2/3 c. light rum
1/2 c. raspberries
1 Orange, Sliced
1 Granny Smith apple, sliced

Directions

In a large pitcher, combine lemonade, wine and rum. Stir, then add fruit. Refrigerate for at least one hour and serve.
